Senior Director / VP Client Support EMEA – Berlin

 

 

Summary

Location: Office in Berlin (50%), also open to London, Paris and Munich

A new & outstanding opportunity to join an established, 1,000+ person, International, US headquartered, eCommerce SaaS company.

The company offers World class, B2B2C SaaS solutions to some SME and Leading Brands across the Globe

The company has plans to create a new European Client Support Leader who will take control of an existing team and scale it.

 

Role:

  • Lead the company’s EMEA & APAC Client Support and on-boarding functions
  • Responsible also for a near shore outsourced Client Support function 
  • Initially 2 weeks a month to be spent in the Berlin office – relocation possible
  • Individuals will either be based in Berlin, London, Paris or Munich
  • Lead, support and grow the existing European team of 20 and grow to circa 100 over the next few years
  • Manage the Support Teams that are responsible for Enterprise and MidMarket customers

 

Skills Required:

 

  • Able to spend 2 weeks per month in Berlin
  • Super bright and ambitious with strong intellectual horsepower
  • Has carried out a similar high-growth Senior Client Support Leadership role
  • Would have worked for well-known SaaS or Internet companies
  • Strong Customer Support / Helpdesk background
  • Possesses Customer implementation experience
  • Entrepreneurial and able to work in past-paced environments
  • Reports into SVP based in USA
  • Strong academic background
