CEO – 3D Design SaaS, EMEA & USA

Exciting opportunity to lead a scale up SaaS company as CEO with responsibility for providing strategic leadership, driving innovation,  and ensuring the overall success and growth of the company.

The company has developed a highly differentiated 3D Design software solution that is a major advancement on current solutions available today. With a Total Addressable Market showing tremendous growth for the foreseeable future plus explosive growth in many of the markets that they serve, such as gaming, metaverse, industrial design and numerous others, the global opportunity is very promising indeed.

The ideal candidate will have had some prior experience in the 3D Design sector. They may already have been a CEO or perhaps will have held a senior position in a high growth software business and are ready to take a CEO position. Further, they will have experience of high volume sales GTM strategies.

We are relatively open on location with the USA and EMEA being preferred. The ability to travel extensively between the USA and EMEA is important.

• Strategic Leadership to develop the company’s vision, mission and long terms strategies. Setting goals to drive growth that lead to market leadership
• Drive Business Development to build out the GTM program, market expansion, partnerships and new product and service offerings whilst building relationships with new clients, partners and influencers
• Financial Management of the business to ensure financial health and profitability. Develop budgets, forecasts and reporting to investors and senior leadership team. Make informed financial decision including investments, cost optimization and resource allocation
• Foster strong leadership of the business and develop a world class talent attraction and management program that includes mentorship, collaboration, innovation and performance whilst building a positive work culture
• Stakeholder management and cultivation of relationships with investors, board members, clients and industry associations
• Identify and manage risks associated with IT operations, cybersecurity, legal, compliance and data privacy

• Proven experience within the 3D design Software sector
• Exposure to sectors such as Industrial / Architectural design or Gaming, Metaverse, CAD/CAM, Virtual/ Mixed /Actual Reality, Computer Vision or similar areas are all potentially interesting
• May already have held a CEO position in a high growth scale up software firm or perhaps have held a number 2 or senior position and ready to take a CEO position
• Strong financial management and analytical skills
• Ability to inspire all those around and lead a company that has exponential growth potential
• A preference although not mandatory to have had experience of online software distribution via digital ecosystems such as the App Store. Will have had prior experience of high volume GTM strategies 
• Able to travel extensively from the USA and across the EMEA region
