With a European team of 100 and a growing presence across the continent, including the UK, France, Nordics, and The Netherlands, the firm is now looking to start-up in the DACH region where they have already closed several deals with German-owned customers.
European revenues are growing, doubling every year, and as part of the next stage, the company is looking to hire an entrepreneurial and results-driven German Country Manager to lead expansion into DACH.

As the German Country Manager, you’ll be responsible for establishing and executing the strategy in the DACH region. This hands-on role is perfect for a sales leader who is ready to set the strategy, hire a small team, and drive sales in a start-up environment. The company has a 100% channel-focused sales approach whilst still directly engaging with key accounts.
Your target is around €1m in the first year and approximately €6m in the second. Deal sizes will range from €10,000 to €1m+, and your focus will be on managing multiple deals simultaneously. There is a major land and expand component.
