An exciting opportunity to join a European-headquartered B2B SaaS company going through scale-up phase.
The company employs around 35 people, comprising of many different nationalities and a unique culture. The team often work remotely, and are mainly scattered across Germany. The company has been trading for under 5 years, has raised millions of euros from significant investors and already closed a number of prestigious B2B deals with leading brands across Europe.
The solution allows Logistics and Warehouse staff to be properly trained and on-boarded via the use of their SaaS platform.
We are open to German-speaking candidates who are based in Germany or Benelux.
Home-based role plus monthly office and clients visits
Take responsibility for 5-10 Accounts in Germany other parts of Europe
On-board, retain, and ensure quality on-going communication with the Customers
Ensure the Customer adopts the solution and gains significant benefit from it
Ability to think on their own feet
B2B SaaS background
Fluency in German
Based in Germany (ideally West) and open to Benelux
2+ years Customer Success experience. (Mid-senior level role)
