The Opportunity

The chance to join an established, growing European B2B Software firm with a strong European footprint and numerous well known names as clients. Current team of 80 people based in the DACH region.

This emerging company has received investment within the last 12-months and is growing across Europe.  Providing a Commerce solutions for Retail, B2B Brands and Manufacturing. Decision makers are often heads of online/eCommerce, IT, Operations, Finance, Logistics

With a growing presence across the continent, including the DACH region, the firm is now looking to scale-up in the Nordic region and hire a Senior Sales Executive with a remit to build out the sales machine in the Nordic region.

European revenues are growing, and you will be supported by a Marketing and SDR team to help drive leads.

If you’re an Enterprise seller with a new logo focus, then this could be the role for you.

 

The Role

  • Report into Sales Leader based in Germany
  • New logo sales of the company’s B2B solutions
  • Direct sales into target accounts
  • Manage deals ranging from 50k to 150k Euro ARR
  • Manage & convert leads from SDR 
  • Focus on Retail, B2C Brands and Manufacturing
  • Enterprise and MidMarket customers
  • Manage sales cycles 3 months +
  • Report accurate progress to Sales Leader 
  • Maintain direct contact with end user prospects / clients

The Person

  • Based in the Nordic – Sweden or Denmark preferably
  • B2B direct sales background
  • Ideally suited to start-up and scale-up roles
  • Stable track-record
  • Direct and indirect sales experience
  • Able to manage and structure complex Software deals in enterprise and mid market accounts
  • May have sold: B2B eCommerce, PIM, CMS, Ratings / Reviews, ERP, Order Management, POS, eCommerce Payments or similar solutions 
  • Vertical market experience: Retail, B2C Brands
  • Salary level will be six figure fixed, plus commission
  • Strong Sales Training – MEDDPICC or similar
