The Opportunity:

The chance to join a high-growth B2B SaaS company  that has achieved huge success in Europe.  Employing a team of around 500-employees in multiple offices.

The company has a disruptive “SaaS solution” for healthcare companies.  Solutions are often sold into the office of the CFO.

With a growing presence across the continent, including the UK, France, Nordics, and The Netherlands, the firm is now looking to scale-up in the DACH region where they have already closed several deals with German-owned customers.

European revenues are growing,  and as part of the next stage, the company is looking to hire an entrepreneurial and results-driven Sales Director DACH to lead a small-team of Enterprise Sellers and SDR with a goal of growing revenues across DACH.

If you’re a Senior Sales Leader with a growth spirit, able to install sales discipline, build a high-impact team, and disrupt the DACH market, then this could be the role for you.

The Role:

As the Sales Director DACH, you’ll be responsible for establishing and executing the sales strategy in the DACH region. This hands-on role is perfect for a sales leader who is ready to set the sales strategy, lead a small team, and drive sales . The company has a 100% direct selling sales approach.

  • Report into VP Sales EMEA
  • Lead sales team in Germany / DACH
  • New logo sales of the company’s B2B SaaS solutions
  • Direct sales into target accounts
  • Scale the business in DACH
  • Manage & convert leads from SDR 
  • Focus on  Healthcare vertical
  • Manage sales cycles 3 months +
  • Implement sales discipline like forecasting
  • Report progress to VP Sales EMEA 
  • Maintain direct contact with end user prospects / clients


  • Based Germany, Frankfurt or North Rhine-Westphalia areas
  • B2B SaaS background
  • Player-Manager type profile
  • Fluency in German 
  • Ideally suited to start-up and scale-up roles
  • Strong sales domain
  • Stable track-record
  • Must be extremely HANDS-ON
  • Direct sales experience
  • Able to structure complex SaaS deals
  • Worked for successful tech names
  • Business Analytics, Business Performance Reporting, Financials or other solutions sold to the CFO experience beneficial
  • Vertical market experience: Healthcare, Public Sector 
  • Strong Sales Training – MEDDICC or similar
