European revenues are growing, and as part of the next stage, the company is looking to hire an entrepreneurial and results-driven Sales Director DACH to lead a small-team of Enterprise Sellers and SDR with a goal of growing revenues across DACH.

As the Sales Director DACH, you’ll be responsible for establishing and executing the sales strategy in the DACH region. This hands-on role is perfect for a sales leader who is ready to set the sales strategy, lead a small team, and drive sales . The company has a 100% direct selling sales approach.

B2B SaaS background
Player-Manager type profile
Fluency in German
Ideally suited to start-up and scale-up roles
Strong sales domain
Must be extremely HANDS-ON
Direct sales experience
Able to structure complex SaaS deals
Worked for successful tech names
Business Analytics, Business Performance Reporting, Financials or other solutions sold to the CFO experience beneficial
Vertical market experience:Healthcare, Public Sector
Salary level will be six figure fixed, plus commission
Strong Sales Training – MEDDPICC or similar
