The Nordic region is ripe for market development and an incredible opportunity has been created for a talented hands on sales leader to drive new business sales engagement in the the Nordics with focus on Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
The ideal candidate will have had prior experience within the Nordic healthcare sector and as a preference will have sold SaaS solutions to C level decision makers. We will also consider people with extensive Public Sector experience and for the right person, may consider people that have sold other types of Technology proposition to C level decision makers within the Healthcare or Public Sector markets.
This role will be a hands on leadership role so will require both a Sales and sales team management focus working with and supporting a team of 5 in the region.
Lead, inspire, and mentor a sales team to consistently surpass subscription sales growth targets.
Establish and maintain high standards for sales processes and discipline to ensure optimal team performance.
Foster effective partnerships with supporting functions, including marketing, services, and product development.
Drive collaboration and alignment across different business units to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach.
Implement strategies to achieve linear and predictable performance, contributing to the overall success of the business with a focus on team and individual sales attainment.
Accurately forecast sales to meet regional and company-wide goals, demonstrating a keen understanding of market dynamics.
Market Growth and Development:
Develop comprehensive plans for market growth by understanding market requirements and adopting a consultative, value-based sales approach.
Identify opportunities for expansion and lead initiatives to capitalize on emerging trends in the Healthcare industry.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture senior relationships with key clients at C level in the region, ensuring alignment at the executive level across stakeholders.
Serve as a strategic partner, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual success.
Leadership and Development:
Provide effective sales leadership through coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training for the sales team.
Collaborate with and support other business functions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Significant background in SaaS sales.
Track record of successfully selling SaaS solutions to key decision-makers at the C-level within the Nordic Healthcare or Public Sector.
Previous experience leading sales teams, coupled with a hands-on approach to deal-making.
Residing in Sweden and possessing fluency in both Swedish and English.
Preferably, will have worked for an international SaaS company.
Demonstrated success personally and in supporting others to achieve professional milestones.
