The Opportunity

Exciting opportunity for an internationally experienced Marketing leader to take ownership of the digital marketing strategy to design and build a new Field Marketing and Lead Generation function for a highly successful Analytics SaaS firm with extensive client base in the healthcare sector.

Ideal candidates can be based in either the Netherlands, UK or Germany and experience of driving Marketing campaigns in the Healthcare sector is highly desirable.

The Role

  • Marketing strategy: Working closely with sales to develop the right mix of demand generation programs, events, communications to maximize pipeline generation
  • Marketing assets: Develop and own the translation of the company, group and product portfolio strategies into day-to-day marketing and sales materials, including campaign content.
  • Demand/lead generation: Collaborate with content/design, digital marketing and sales teams to create campaigns that resonate with the target audience, and help build pipelines. Develop an account-based marketing program.
  • Data-driven insights: Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness & identify opportunities for optimization
  • Automation: Develop a marketing technology strategy to support the growth requirements
  • Market & competitive analysis: Maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, trends, competitor capabilities, and customer use cases
  • Leadership: Leading a team of 5 and reporting directly to the CEO

The Person

  • 7+ years of international marketing experience in a fast-growing B2B software or SaaS business. Experience in the healthcare and/or life sciences sectors is highly desirable
  • Exceptional track-record in demand generation and building pipelines, resulting in continuous and fast growth
  • Excellent people and management skills to lead junior marketing colleagues, work with cross-functional teams and manage third parties
  • An exceptional communicator, who can succinctly convey how a product or solution works, why it matters to our target audience, and how it uniquely helps customers
  • Excellent program and project management skills, as well as  experience with CRM software marketing automation, MarTech and SalesTech
  • Ability to navigate, facilitate and influence across senior stakeholders to establish buy-in and agreement for their work
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
