Package: Strong Six figure basic + stock.

Team size: 50 (including Managers)

  • Scale the CS function for the European region
  • Join a high-growth, market-leading, exciting and stable SaaS firm
  • Report into the VP CS  (based in USA)
  • Lead and grow a team of around 50 x CS execs (Support, CS, onboarding)
  • Support the CS function with further coverage in mainland Europe
  • Bring dynamic and top-class leadership to 5 x Management reports and broader team
  • COVID-dependant work out of London 2+ days a week
  • Bring strategic CS ideas to the leadership team
  • Work closely with the VP EMEA to ensure a world class CS function in the region
  • Hire a top class CS team
  • Analyse Customer Churn, upgrade and other related data
  • Offer insights into customer lifecycle to increase satisfaction and drive product adoption


Skills Required:

  • Has already worked for high-growth, emerging or scale-up B2B SaaS firms in a similar role
  • B2B SaaS Customer Success background
  • An outstanding Leader may have managed other CS related Managers
  • Track record of CS in high-velocity customer environments
  • Highly collaborative
  • Appreciates how to scale SaaS firms and is passionate about Customer Success
  • Exceptional gravitas, presentation and measured both professionally & personally
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, agile
