UK Start up – Sales Executive – UK MidMarket – Remote

 

Company Description

 

An opportunity to spearhead sales and start-up the UK entity on behalf of a 200+ person,  American headquartered firm  (an SAP Gold reseller and implementation partner).

The company was established in 2009 and it a global leader in SAP Business ByDesign solutions.   Providing software and services to manage business processes, for instance: Finances & Expenses, Operations, Analytics, Database and CRM. Its Cloud software and services are tailored for SMB / Midmarket customers with solutions for ERP, CRM, PSA and Inventory/Warehouse Management.

 

Role:

 

  • Start up and sell the company’s solutions directly to UKI end-users
  • Lead the UKI sales for the company’s solutions 
  • New business / logo sales of  SAP solutions and add-on Consultancy to the UKI Midmarket sector
  • Target firms who have between £25m and £500m revenue, ideally with multiple subsidiaries 
  • Engaging at the highest levels in the prospect base such as Manufacturing, Automotive, High Tech, Retail  and Distribution
  • Working and responding to complex RFP and tender documents
  • Close deals priced from £80k – 250k +++ ARR (mix of license and consultancy 33%/66%)
  • Hit and exceed sales targets, circa £500k in year one
  • Reports into the General Manager Europe – based in the Benelux

 

Skills Required:

 

  • B2B solution sales in Software/SaaS to Business decision makers
  • Entrepreneurial, comfortable working in early stage firms, remote-selling 
  • A truly consultative & analytical business savvy executive that can gain trusted advisor status at C level
  • Solid experience of negotiation at C level and can engage at the highest levels end user companies
  • Exceptional gravitas, presentation and measured both professionally & personally
  • Previous experience of at least 5 years in similar roles, preferably in the sale of ERP solutions (such as: Microsoft Dynamics; NetSuite, SAP Business by Design, SAP business one, Sage 300cloud, Oracle)
  • May have sold: ERP, Financial Management, CRM, Order to Cash, PSA, Project Management, Supplier Relationship, Procure to Pay, SCM, Inventory Management, HRM, Expenses and / or Business Analytics software

 

Package will be up to £80,000 base + variable
