Experiencing quite the most remarkable growth and in the scaling stages of rapid European expansion, this role offers that rare opportunity to join a company at a pivotal time.
We are seeking to hire commercial sales / deal origination executives to take a lead role in the identification, sourcing and progression of software company acquisitions. Very much a full funnel sales opportunity, the role will focus on building deep relationships with software business owners and driving engagement with them that ultimately leads to SaaS companies being acquired.
Ideal experience will include working within Private Equity in deal origination, sales or business development having gained experience in the PE acquisitions of SaaS companies. FinTech and SaaS Business Development Sales Executives that have had exposure to the PE space may also have relevant experience as would those that have sold software or other services to PE firms. Experience in M&A is also going to be useful so long as the candidate has a strong Sales and Business Development background.
