Senior Account Executive – Germany & International

An exciting opportunity to join a European-headquartered B2B SaaS company going through scale-up phase.

The company employs around 40 people, comprising of many different nationalities and a unique culture.   The team often work remotely, and are mainly scattered across Germany.  The company has been trading for under 5 years, has raised millions of euros from significant investors and already closed a number of prestigious B2B deals with leading brands across Europe.

The solution allows Logistics and Warehouse staff to be properly on-boarded, trained,  achieve compliance via the use of their SaaS platform.

This allows their customers to achieve a happier, more productive and compliant workforce.

We are open to German-speaking candidates who are based in West Germany or Netherlands.

• Report into and work closely with Founder / CEO
• Home-based role plus occasional monthly office and clients visits 
• New logo sales of the company’s B2B SaaS solutions
• Manage & convert leads from SDR team
• Focus on Logistics, and Warehousing firms who employ blue colour workers
• Pitch job titles like Senior HR, VP Operations, COO, Head of L&D
• Deal sizes around 10-50k+ ARR and growing
• Manage sales cycles 3 months +
• Take responsibility for Accounts in Germany other parts of Europe / International

• B2B SaaS background
• Fluency in German
• Location in West Germany or Netherlands preferred
• Ideally suited to start-up and scale-up roles
• Must be extremely HANDS-ON
• e-learning, Employee Experience, Workforce Management, Warehousing, Logistics solutions/ Supply-chain experience beneficial
• Vertical market experience: Logistics, Warehousing, and / or Manufacturing
• Salary level will depend on level of candidate
