The Opportunity:

The chance to join an established B2B Software company  that has achieved much success in Europe and North America.  With over 500 employees and thousands of global customers, this firm operates globally with five offices and enjoys the backing of world-leading investors.

The company specialises in Document Processing technology.  

Their GTM is to sell their solutions via OEM embedded licensing by allowing other companies to integrate their technology directly into their own software products. They also sell their solutions directly to small, medium and enterprise accounts.

Reporting into the VP Global Sales, you will lead a team of 20 EMEA sales heads including 2 x Managers

The company targets a variety of key decision-makers, including Heads of Product, Architects, Developers, and CTOs. 

Experience of companies who have been involved with launching new products due to company acquisitions would be beneficial. 

If you’re an EMEA Sales Leader with a growth spirit, able to install sales discipline, build a high-impact team, and disrupt the EMEA market, then this could be the role for you.

Experience:

  • Based UK, Germany or Belgium
  • Experienced EMEA Sales leader
  • B2B Software background
  • Understands OEM agreements (solutions sold via embedded licensing model)
  • Fluency in other European languages beneficial
  • Ideally suited to scale-up and growth roles
  • Proven revenue growth from circa $10M to 20M +++ 
  • Strong sales domain
  • Stable track-record
  • Managed Sales Managers
  • Outstanding at building dream teams
  • Able to structure complex deals
  • Worked for successful tech names
  • Tech background: Open source, Business Intelligence / Analytics, Compliance, Document Technologies,  or other solutions sold via OEMs 
  • Strong Sales Training – MEDDICC or similar beneficial
