Enterprise Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate Property sector – Global Sales Role

Location – UK, Sweden or Paris (home-based/remote)

An opportunity to work for a PE funded, 70-person, European SaaS firm that helps Enterprise firms increase their sales revenue.  The company is successful in a number of key vertical markets already and now seeks to hire a Senior level Sales Executive to take a sales and business development role to open up the real estate property sector internationally. The Company already has a number of key clients in the space. The successful candidate will become the property market expert for the company. Experience of the  Real Estate or property portal/marketplace sector is ideal but not a prerequisite.

Q2 2020 has been a great success for the company, exceeding their sales targets.  This is an entrepreneurial, enterprise grade sales role offering base, commission and stock options and can be based in the UK, Sweden or France.

Role:

  • Build out the Real Estate market sector globally and replicate the same success as has been seen in other markets such as Automotive
  • Development of detailed account plans, decision makers, stakeholders and buying cycles having investigated the total addressable market for the proposition
  • Work closely with the Senior leadership team, Solutions Architect, Engineering, Product and Customer Success
  • Build awareness and marketing plans to drive success
  • Assume the position of company expert on the property sector
  • Drive new business sales as well as cross and upselling

Skills Required:

  • Suited to working for early-stage, emerging or start-up SaaS firms
  • Enterprise new business B2B SaaS selling experience
  • Enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience is a prerequisite, property sector experience is helpful but not a prerequisite.
  • Will have proven ability in business development, specifically being able to articulate and help develop the value proposition 
  • Track record of closing enterprise SaaS deals at senior level
  • A modern, SaaS seller with strong emotional intelligence
  • Exceptional gravitas, presentation and measured both professionally & personally
  • Fluent  English language capability, other languages are useful
  • Candidates who have sold Enterprise Software.  For instance:  eCommerce Platforms,  Sales Performance Management, Customer Experience, Enterprise MarTech, Lead Management and others are of interest
