Hiring Enterprise B2B eCommerce Sales Lead UK

Company Description


This is a great opportunity to join an established, open-source, US Headquartered, global “B2B Enterprise Software Company”, which has very much an entrepreneurial, high-growth culture.


We are looking for individuals with strong Enterprise B2B eCommerce domain knowledge.

The product is live and initial customers have been signed.  


Now is the time for an Enterprise Seller with a strategic mindset to join the team with the continual roll-out of this exciting B2B Commerce proposition.  New business sales is key, but due to the infancy of the product in the market, broad commercial, go-to-market, strategy and selling skills are desirable. 


The company currently employs around 1,000 people across 20+ locations.  17 years old and profitable, the company works with some of the World’s leading brands such as Vodafone, O2, Bosch & HP.


This role offers the chance to add strategic thinking, domain knowledge and selling skills with the continued roll-out of the company’s B2B Commerce offering.




  • Leading the UKI sales for the company’s B2B eCommerce solution
  • Assisting with the GoToMarket strategy for the solution 
  • New business sales of a complex Enterprise B2B eCommerce to senior business decision makers in large corporations (CSO, CMO, IT, Procurement)
  • Engaging at the highest levels in industrial corporations such as Manufacturing, Automotive, High Tech, Retail  and Distribution
  • Extensive pre-qualification of new clients, often with initial POC’s
  • Working and responding to complex RFP and tender documents
  • New business sales focus with a lead generation and marketing team supporting the sales process
  • Close deals priced at between  £100k – 500k +++ ARR
  • Reports into the General Manager 


Skills Required:


  • Enterprise B2B solution sales in Software/SaaS to Business decision makers
  • A truly consultative & analytical business savvy executive that can gain trusted advisor status at C level
  • Solid experience of negotiation at C level and can engage at the highest levels in large companies
  • Exceptional gravitas, presentation and measured both professionally & personally
  • A team player, highly collaborative, able to share their B2B eCommerce knowledge internally
  • Candidates who have B2B eCommerce Software are of interest.  For instance:  eCommerce Platforms, CMS, Pricing, Digital Transformation, Contract Management, B2B Marketplaces, Enterprise MarTech, CAD, Industrial, CPQ and others are of interest
  • Reports into the General Manager 
  • Able to work out of the company’s UK office – South West London – 2 days a week (COVID dependent)
