Intrinsic have been retained by a committed SaaS client to fill the following role:

“Enterprise Senior Sales – DACH – Automotive OEM Vertical

An opportunity to work for a PE funded, 70-person, European SaaS firm that helps major Automotive firms increase their sales revenue.  There has been a major acceleration and adoption of Digital Transformation within the buying process of cars in the Automotive space over the last 6-18 months.  This has enabled the company to develop their SaaS offerings allowing Automotive OEMs the chance to maximise sales revenue from their Digital channels. 


Q2 2020 has been a great success for the company, exceeding their sales targets – 140%

The company has already closed a number of strategic deals in Germany and is looking for an Executive to lead the DACH region.

You will initially be the only person in Germany, but once the region’s revenues increase, there is the chance to hire a team in 2021/22.

This is an entrepreneurial, big-ticket, sales role offering base, commission and stock.



Location – Germany (home-based / remote)

  • Opportunity to be the become the DACH Sales Leader
  • Reports into the CRO (based in UK)
  • Direct, complex, new business, high value SaaS deals into Automotive OEMs 
  • Manage sales of a complex, high-value B2B SaaS proposition to senior business decision makers (CSO, CMO, Omnichannel, Digital)
  • Engaging at the highest levels in industrial corporations such as Automotive  (later Insurance, Fashion, travel)
  • Extensive pre-qualification of new clients, often with initial POC’s
  • Working and responding to complex RFP and tender documents
  • New business sales focus with a lead generation and marketing team supporting the sales process

Skills Required:

  • Suited to working for early-stage, emerging or start-up SaaS firms
  • Enterprise B2B SaaS selling
  • Solid Automotive OEM vertical market focus 
  • Track record of closing deals $500k ++++
  • A modern, SaaS seller, strong emotional intelligence
  • Able to sell to senior Executives such as CRO, Chief Sales, CMO, Digital and Omnichannel
  • Exceptional gravitas, presentation and measured both professionally & personally
  • Fluent German and English language capability
  • Candidates who have sold big ticket Enterprise Software.  For instance:  eCommerce Platforms,  Sales Performance Management, Customer Experience, Enterprise MarTech, Lead Management and others are of interest
