Dan is a recognized expert and thought leader in the Customer Success field and brings that thought leadership into execution at Gainsight both with the Customer Success organization and with their products.

Ben Watkins presenting the Hottest Emerging Software Business 2017 Award to Toma Pagojute of Mulesoft EMEA. During Q1, 2017, Intrinsic surveyed over 380 Senior European Executives working for Software firms and asked for their nomination for the Hottest Emerging Software firm for 2017. Mulesoft received the most votes followed by Splunk and Sprinklr. Previous winners include Coupa, Tableau and Salesforce.com.
