I must tell you a story. I happened to be hunted for 3 different roles the very same week (not the usual). By 3 different recruiters in type and in manners. One was a cutting edge online AI powered plateform with automated workflows for recruiters to call, the second was an “experienced” french SME HR manager, the third being Paul.
